So, June is my favorite month of the year. This year in specific, that is due to a multitude of reasons. Let me list all the things that are in June this year:
First year of college is over.
Cody’s turning 18.
Cody’s Graduating High School!
It’s our 2 and a half year anniversary.
And warm weather!!
So yeah, I have a lot to be excited about right now. Mostly for Cody’s graduation, and his party that we’re having on June first. Right now at school we’re having dead days, which means no classes. Then on Monday starts finals, but they’re all done by Thursday. Then we’re home free! So yeah. Super excited about that. Mostly because this summer I’ll have time to start vlogging.
So recently I’ve developed a bit of a problem. I think I am consuming roughly 1-2 smoothies a day. The main culprits are the “Razzle Dazzle” from Juice It Up, the Make It Light “Strawberry Surf Rider” (which is on sale at Jamba Juice in a 16 oz. right now for 50% off!) and the Make It Light Strawberries Wild. Anyways, I became addicted to smoothies because A, they’re ridiculously good for you, B, they’re very low calorie, and C, on a good day, I can get away with having a 16 oz. for a meal. It’s really easy to feel full on hardly any calories, and it makes me feel better when entering my food into the My Fitness Pal app, which I’ll link to through the photo. It’s an incredible app that lets you compete with friends, and literally has a database that can track every food imaginable, whether it be home made, from a restaurant, or from a fast food place. You can also make your own recipes as well as track your water intake, which if you didn’t know, drinking 8 glasses of water a day can literally make you lose weight twice as fast.
